Becoming Bullyproof

Join us for in-person PEERS® sessions focusing on Electronic Communication, Bullying & Cyber Bullying, Handling Disagreements and more. There will be an optional Parent/Social Coach session to learn program content.

This program is best suited for those;

  • PEERS® graduates, looking for a refresher

  • Adolescents aged 13-18 years old, who have difficulty making and keeping friends

  • Age-appropriate reading and language skills, or have appropriate support

  • Must be interested in and motivated to learn these skills

Conversation Bootcamp

Learn, review and practice skills needed for conversations at a teen level. Sessions will run for 90 minutes, over six weeks. Topics include:

  • Maintaining Reciprocal Conversations

  • Trading Information

  • Appropriate Conversation Topics

  • Exiting Conversations

  • Appropriate Use of Humour

  • Electronic Communication

Healthy Relationships & Sexuality

This program is inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities that promotes sexual self-advocacy.


The main pillars of the program address:

  • Healthy Boundaries

  • Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships

  • Sexual Health

  • Anatomy


The curriculum teaches sexuality with participants to ensure they have access to information that allows them to make informed decisions and be sexual self-advocates. Focusing on how to speak up regarding relationships and sexuality. Participants will have interactive opportunities to practice skills through skits, roleplay and other techniques.

Game On!

Practice and boost social skills weekly through our games night. Register for one month, or as many as you would like. Each week a relevant social skills will be covered to enhance the social skill toolbox involving play games with others. We will also focus on learning to play (the game, if required), following the game rules and appropriately handling situations that occur while playing games.

Social Skills for Teens

Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relationship Skills (PEERS®) is a manualized, social skills training intervention for youth. It is designed for motivated youth interested in learning ways to help them make and keep friends. They are taught essential social skills such as conversational skills, maintaining friendships, using humour appropriately, and handling disagreements. Teens have an opportunity to practice these skills through role-playing and other activities.

16 weeks of 1.5 hour sessions, for both teens and parents


Teens will learn how to:

  • Use appropriate conversational skills

  • Use humor appropriately

  • Use electronic communication

  • Enter & exit conversations

  • Be a good host during get-togethers

  • Be a good sport

  • Handle arguments and disagreements

  • Change a bad reputation

  • Handle rumors and gossip

  • Handle rejection, teasing and bullying
