Art Alive!

Join us for an afternoon to get creative and social.  The session will include a guided art project and social coaching as appropriate.  Art Alive! is an opportunity for those who have attended social skills groups to generalize skills in a new environment with new peers. 

Prerequisite Skills:  Following instructions in a group setting, no maladaptive behaviours that would place others at risk.

Age: 13-17

Session Time: 5:00-6:00 PM

Conversation Cues

Conversation Cues is a 12-session program teaching the skills needed during conversations.  Sessions are taught using a variety of activities, videos, workbooks, and role-plays. Topics covered include;

Program Fee: $3,400 (for both teen & social coach)

Program Length: 16 Sessions

Start Date: September 28, 2023

End Date: January 25, 2024

(excluding December 28 & January 4)

Times: 6:30-8:00 PM

 Social Skills for Teens (PEERS®) 

Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relationship Skills (PEERS®) is a social skills training intervention for youth. It is designed for motivated youth interested in learning ways to help them make and keep friends. They are taught essential social skills such as conversational skills, maintaining friendships, using humour appropriately, and handling disagreements. Teens have an opportunity to practice these skills through role-playing and other activities.  

16 weeks of 1.5-hour sessions, for both teens and parents


Teens will learn how to:

Game On!

Practice and boost social skills weekly through our games night. Each week relevant social skills will be covered to enhance the social skill toolbox involving playing games with others.  We will also focus on learning to play (the game, if required), following the game rules and appropriately handling situations that occur while playing games.

Becoming Bullyproof    

Join us for in-person PEERS® sessions focusing on Electronic Communication, Bullying & Cyber Bullying, Handling Disagreements and more. There will be an optional Parent/Social Coach session to learn program content.

Conversation Bootcamp

Learn, review and practice skills needed for conversations at a teen level.  Sessions will run for 90 minutes, over six weeks.  Topics include:

Healthy Relationships & Sexuality

This program is inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities that promotes sexual self-advocacy.


The main pillars of the program address:


The curriculum teaches sexuality with participants to ensure they have access to information that allows them to make informed decisions and be sexual self-advocates. Focusing on how to speak up regarding relationships and sexuality.  Participants will have interactive opportunities to practice skills through skits, roleplay and other techniques.
