What funding can I use and how do I get it?

It is the registrants' responsibility to ensure the specific program is eligible for individual funding.

Jordan's Principle - Jordan's Principle makes sure all First Nations children living in Canada can access the products, services and supports they need, when they need them. Funding can help with a wide range of health, social and educational needs, those with disabilities may have.

Can I use my OAP funding?

Yes! Our programing qualifies as social skill development, life skill development, and respite. Note - we do not offer clinical ABA services.

What if my funding period ends before the sessions start?

Reach out to us! In many cases we are able to accept pre-registration to ensure all receipts fit within your funding period.

Why can't I just register and pay online?

We want every child and youth to achieve success. In order to do so, we do need to complete a quick intake to ensure they are the right fit for the program at this time.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancelled by Superior Life Skills: Superior Life Skills may cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will do our best to reschedule the program. Should the program not be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued with no administrative fee charged.

Cancelled by Family/Support Person: Please note that customer purchases are final, except in extenuating circumstances. However, if the spot is able to be filled from the waitlist, full refund (less a $50 administrative fee) will be provided.

Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.

I'm having trouble with a behaviour...

Unfortunately, we are not able to support with behaviour reduction at this time. If you need support with connecting with a BCBA, we are happy to help you!

Technology Requirements

Participants are required to have access to reliable internet and an appropriate device that allows them to participate. It is recommended that participants join virtual sessions through laptop, computer or tablet to have the most successful experience.
