GoStrengths! is a comprehensive social and emotional learning program focusing on 8 vital skills including goal-setting, optimistic thinking, problem-solving, resilience, character strengths, emotional regulation, social skills, and self-confidence.

Participants will learn & practice through activities, practice, animations and more!

Confidence and Bullying Prevention is a program designed by Model Me Kids. The program provides tools for preventing bullying and building self-esteem. Through videos, a workbook, discussions, and activities, the program will cover:

• Self-Advocacy

• Peer Pressure

• Choosing Friends

• Building Strengths

• Visualization

• Positive Self-Talk

• Scripting

• Stay with Others

• Telling Isn't Tattling

• Walk Tall

Friendship – The Next Level is a Model Me Kids program using video modeling, games, activities, and practice to support developing skills. Several contexts are used to support generalization.

The sessions will focus on the following skills;
